Structure and creativity—for me, they’re not opposites, but the perfect combination! After earning my bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, I joined the Sales and Project Management team at 40Seconds Berlin in 2016 and was instantly fascinated by the event industry. Between 2018 and 2023, I broadened my perspective through valuable experiences in other sectors and catering companies. Since returning to Project Management in 2023, I’ve brought a fresh outside perspective to help streamline processes and make events even more efficient and creative.

My focus? Striking the perfect balance between our clients’ wishes and the needs of all internal and external partners. Whether it’s a conference, gala dinner, or casual get-together—I love giving each event its own distinctive signature. And because standing still isn’t my thing, I’m always on the lookout for the latest trends in the event world.
