Whether it’s opening a new hotel, revamping a country estate without a kitchen, or developing a concept for a school cafeteria from scratch—I thrive on building gastronomic structures from the ground up. I’m drawn to the unexplored and inspired by the potential that every space holds when food is seen as part of a bigger picture.

From The Ritz-Carlton to elementary schools, from large-scale events to healthy school snacks—I create food programs that work. It takes more than experience; it requires a deep understanding of the role nutrition plays in everyday life.

Today, I serve as the Culinary Director for 40 SECONDS Berlin’s school catering division. I plan and oversee the implementation of healthy cafeteria concepts, structure operations, uphold quality standards, and serve as a point of contact for the schools—where something new is created every day.

To me, good nutrition is a matter of mindset. That’s why I never stop learning, listening, optimizing—and pushing things forward. Because things don’t get better on their own!
