As a marketing executive, I’ve stepped onto many stages – and built a few from scratch. Whether on the basketball court, in start-ups, or franchise systems, my focus has always been on creating something lasting. Winning people over. Bringing brands to life. And shaping structures that enable growth without losing their essence.
As the first female COO of a European professional basketball team (ALBA BERLIN), I learned what leadership feels like when speed, pressure, and passion collide. Later, in the U.S., I guided companies across a wide range of industries – from health care and hospitality to legal services – on their journey to visibility. With Rise Up 2 Marketing, I develop strategic stages for brands: substantial, impactful, and clearly positioned.
Today, I bring this experience to 40 SECONDS Berlin, 40 SECONDS Kids, GOLVET, and WECC Westhafen Event & Convention Center. Even though I joined at a time when these companies were already established, I support them across all areas in evolving their brand identity and marketing strategy. Whether it’s a new Michelin-starred chef at GOLVET, an additional event space like the Floa-thing on the water, or the expansion of the 40 SECONDS Kids concept – I guide these changes communicatively, strategically, and operationally to ensure that brands remain consistent, clear, and experiential.
