Hospitality is more than just a profession to me—it reflects my approach to life. After completing my training as a restaurant specialist at the RAMADA-TREFF Hotel in Berlin and spending several years in upscale service, including as assistant restaurant manager, I’ve continuously deepened my expertise—through advanced training in food, tea, and wine knowledge, as well as through daily hands-on experience.
Today, I manage the service at FORTYS—with a keen eye for what’s not on the menu. My goal is to make every guest feel like they’re in the right place at the right time. Whether in the kitchen, behind the bar, or in the office, I always keep the big picture in mind and believe that true service begins where attentiveness becomes second nature.
As a mother of three, I effortlessly switch between different worlds. At home, I’m also a manager, host, organizer, and listener—a different setting, but the same principle: being there for others with joy and presence.
